Dynamic XFA forms, the kind generated by some enterprise systems, carry their layout in XML that in-browser PDF engines do not fully interpret, so the fields may appear empty or misrendered. Standard AcroForm checkboxes, radio groups, dropdowns, and text fields flatten predictably. For XFA documents, print or re-export a static copy first, then flatten that.
